Property Credit Controller (9 month FTC)

My client is a highly prestigious landlord with an extensive portfolio ranging across residential, commercial and retail properties.

They are seeking an experienced individual to have autonomy overseeing the residential credit control within the portfolio, while working within a small and tightknit team.

Key Specification

  • Liaising with tenants and issuing rent demands in a timely manner
  • Upholding strong relationships with tenants and answering queries
  • Liaising with asset managers to ensure queries are resolved and balanced
  • Reviewing and ensuring the correct allocation of credit balances
  • Assuring lease agreements are accurate and correctly uploaded on to the system
  • Reviewing reports and adjusting repayments where necessary
  • Assisting the Credit Manager with duties as required

Personal Specification

  • A measured approach to work with a keen eye for detail
  • Prior knowledge of the property sector is essential
  • Comfortable working independently
