My client, a leading economic consultancy, is looking to appoint an Economist to join their Real Estate team. The role will focus upon covering commercial markets in mainland Europe, with potential exposure to other financial markets across the globe. The role involves processing large amounts of data and producing concise reports. The candidate should also be familiar with econometric techniques. Strong report writing skills and economic knowledge are essential. My client is looking for an individual who possesses a keen interest in economics, although previous Real Estate experience is not essential for this opportunity.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Economics or a related subject; a second degree would also be desirable. Good computer skills, a keen analytical mind and the ability to write well and communicate clearly are essential. The candidate will need to be able to work well in a team environment.
