Job Title: Financial Controller
Location: Central London
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
Our client specialise in the provision of property related finance, providing owners, investors and developers with finance solutions. Due to recent success they are looking to add a Financial Controller to their Finance Team.
The role will involve but not be limited to:Book keepingFinancial reporting (P&L, BS, CF, IFRS)Month end reportingManagement accounting (MI)TreasuryDeal analysisIndividual deal analysis (financial assessment, including solvency) Investor reportingCompany secretarial KYC
Compliance
The successful candidate will:Be qualified ACA/ACCA/ accountant Have previous experience in Real Estate and bank / lender platform
Sound knowledge of accounting (UK GAAP & IFRS)
