A role has come up for an mid or senior level property lawyer where you’ll be exposed to bits of commercial and private client work too. The team is led by two partners who will make good mentors and provide a collegial team environment. The firm has modern offices, is forward thinking in its approach with a strong brand in the North Shore community. They recognise that lawyers have a life outside of work and are able to provide good working hours as well as flexibility when needed.

The work will involve residential and commercial property transactions, subdivisions, business sales and purchases, commercial leasing, property financing and related work. There are some longstanding clients, both commercial and private, so they’re looking for someone who has good client relationship management skills.

You will be someone with 5+ years experience in the commercial property or general practice area with a property focus. Perhaps you’re looking to move into a medium sized firm environment for growth, progression or a better social environment; likewise you might be looking for a role closer to home if you are living on the North Shore.
