A rare position has arisen at the junior level for a driven, smart and ambitious property lawyer. You will receive excellent training and mentoring from a well-respected partner within the industry and senior members within the team that allow you to take ownership for your work but are on to answer questions when needed.

The work you’ll be involved in, includes:

  • commercial property acquisitions and disposals
  • commercial leasing
  • property financing
  • subdivisions
  • design and build agreements
  • overseas investment
  • large scale commercial property developments
  • infrastructure projects

You will be someone with a minimum of 1.5 years PQE in a reputable property team and have good university grades (B average or higher).

You may be someone currently working in a mid sized firm and looking to work on more interesting and challenging property deals/projects; likewise you may be currently working in a large firm’s property team but not getting the involvement in work and exposure that you want. Either way, we would like to hear from you.

If you come from a construction (front end) background and would like to transfer over to a commercial property team then get in touch with us also, as your skills will be relevant.
