Property Maintenance Administrator

£20,000 – £24,000

Shoreditch, London

My client, a leading property management company, are looking for a Property Administrator to join the team and assist the Property Managers with ensuring the smooth running of the maintenance process. They pride themselves on their high standards of customer care and bespoke service.

The role will consist of team assistant, administration and reception duties.

  • Providing front of house reception cover
  • Being the first point of contact for telephone and email queries
  • Greeting customers
  • Corresponding with clients
  • Dealing with landlord and tenant queries such as maintenance issues
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Arranging appointments for engineers to attend jobs and liaising with contractors
  • Logging calls and tracking the progress of jobs keeping the relevant parties informed
  • Managing the office stationary
  • Reporting and monthly audits
  • Stake holder and client management
  • Clerical duties such as meeting minutes, filing, typing

The successful candidate will ideally have proven experience in customer service and administration, however full training will be given.

This role would suit someone keen to get a foot in the door in the property industry, or someone looking to expand on their existing experience.
