Up to £36,000 plus benefits.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a widely regarded Property Management advisory firm. The team are looking to recruit a capable Management Surveyor who will be responsible for property management of large office/mixed-use properties, principally located in the city centre. Taking full ownership of these sites, the appointed management surveyor will be responsible for tenant applications, service charge budgeting and reporting, FM and building management teams.

Candidates must able to demonstrate solid experience of commercial property management; will be comfortable managing clients directly with a desire to exceed on client expectations. MRICS is desirable, but not essential.
