Property Manager

£18,000 – £19,000 (plus £270 weekly car allowance)

A reputable Property Management company with a national network of offices is currently seeking a Property Manager to join their well established and friendly team.

Based out of their smart office in Bristol, you will be joining a successful team that provides a customer orientated service at the heart of what it does. The role will involve managing a portfolio of residential block developments on behalf of clients / freeholders and liaise with leaseholders.

This role would really suit someone who has previous property management or lettings experience and who would like to make the move into block management as full training will provided. You will initially assist experienced colleagues with their portfolios until eventually taking control of your own portfolio of apartment blocks. Therefore there is a clear and structured progression route for the right candidate.

In addition to an excellent remuneration package, benefits include a car allowance and help towards IRPM qualifications.
