Property Manager – 6 Month Contract

£200 – £350 per day (dependent on the individual)

Based in Central London

Our client is a large owner and developer of real estate globally. They are looking for a Property Manager on a 6 month contract. The scope of this role is the operational, technical and financial management function for a circa 100,000 ft², central London multi-let headquarters building.

Key property management responsibilities:

  • Actively manage the relationships with landlords, tenants, and TSP management as necessary to ensure the assets achieve maximum value.
  • Oversee third-party service providers to ensure that premium standard services are delivered to the occupiers and users of the building.
  • Ensure the building is presented and managed in a manner commensurate with a grade A, CBD property.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of the property’s operating and capital budget and implement management strategies to deliver excellence in service provision.
  • Monitor capital improvement and renovation programs, as required, for property maintenance.
