I am working with a leading real estate investment agency to assist their search for a Purchase Ledger into a thriving team in the heart of London’s West End.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the entire Accounts Payable process, across multiple properties and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solely responsible for processing a high volume of complex invoices, including match, batch and coding.
  • Ensure ledgers are up to date in time for bank reconciliations.
  • Resoling outstanding queries that arise from bank reconciliation.
  • Work with the Accounts Receivable team when required.
  • Process authorised invoices for payment by BACS and CHAPS.
  • Answering all supplier queries and maintaining good relationships.
  • Undertaking monthly supplier reconciliations.
  • Assisting the team with bank reconciliations answering/directing general accounts queries to the relevant parties.

Personal Specification:

  • Experience using property management systems such as Yardi, Tramps, Qube, MRI, etc.
  • Looking for a stable career opportunity within property.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
