Quantity Surveyor – MRICS – Bristol – Top Global Real Estate and Property Consultancy
Salary between £35,000 to £45,000 per annum.
Plus car allowance £5,000 per annum and benefits package.
Cobalt has the pleasure of working in partnership with a highly reputable global real estate and property consultancy looking to expand their cost consultancy team based in Bristol.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the best consultancies in the market where you will be providing a range of cost consultancy services to prestigious clients.
These services are across the procurement and development process through to feasibility to practical completion. Examples include; final accounts, employer’s agent, contracts administration, budget advice, cost advisory, undertake RCAs and bank monitoring.
Typical schemes range in size and value including new build, refurbishments and fit out across commercial office, retail, residential and mixed use.
As a well known business in the market they are offering this individual a position where they will be able to progress to their best ability whilst providing an excellent working environment.
Quantity Surveying Requirements:
* Degree qualified. * Member of RICS or working towards APC. * Experience working on commercial office, retail, residential or mixed use schemes.* Pre and post contract experience.
* Additional bank monitoring experience would be preferred.
