A Financial Analyst is required to join the Fund Management team of a global real estate investment manager. The successful candidate will directly support the Fund Manager in investment and portfolio strategies via developing and maintaining Excel models.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a financially astute candidate to join a leading real estate environment, and continue to build upon their analytical skills.

The key duties will include:

· Maintaining the Asset Forecasting and Excel Fund model, handling queries from the local teams to develop additional functionality from time to time.

· Enhancing and developing the Fund Model for additional functionality as and when required.

· Managing the roll out of the Fund Model to all existing fund mandates and new funds as and when launched.

· Maintaining the Equity raising model, ensuring adequate functionality to cover new fund strategies.

· Providing adhoc modelling solutions as and when required.

The successful candidate will be highly proficient with Excel, with demonstrable experience producing models within a real estate environment. They will ideally have a real estate or accounting qualification.
