We are currently assisting our client, a global Proptech company to look for a Real Estate Consultant. This is a regional role but will be based in Singapore office.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Servicing real estate clients and providing technical solutions for asset management, valuation and other real estate processes
- Maintain relationship with clients
- Travel up to 40% to conferences, customer sites
- Project management and implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Economics / Real Estate or equivalent
- 5-7 relevant working experience in real estate investments / valuations / asset management
- Strong client relationship skills
- Strong knowledge of data analytics / technology / software
