We’re receiving a constant stream of new job instructions across the board from our clients, at all levels of business.In response to this we are hiring for a Consultant in our central Auckland office to run an extremely busy professional construction book.The client base is made up of a mix of Project Management and Quantity surveying consultancies and client-side developers all of whom are in serious growth mode. It’s an exciting, fast paced desk that has substantial earning upside for a proven biller.

Interested candidates will ideally have the following;

  • 2+ years agency recruitment experience
  • A tertiary qualification
  • Strong billing track record
  • 360 degree recruitment experience
  • High degree of comfort operating in a client facing capacity
  • Natural sales ability and a high degree of commercial awareness
  • An inquisitive mind and a thirst for new information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Career ambition
