As a leading provider of candidates to the real estate, facilities and construction markets, Cobalt recruitment is now looking to recruit two experienced consultants to their Temporary, Contract and Freelance teams. You will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced temporary market and of conducting a full 360 recruitment process. Experience in working with surveyors, facilities managers, construction project managers, QSs or building surveyors would be an advantage, but this position is open to anyone with experience in interim recruitment within professional services. Responsibilities will include business development, ongoing management of new and existing temporary workers, networking and marketing. You will join a tight-knit team focussed on delivering a first class service to candidates and clients alike. Aside from being hard-working and professional, the team are very sociable so there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in extra curricular activities, whether that is the weekly military boot camp, tennis competition, in house yoga sessions or a few beers in the heart of Soho. Of course, we have a Christmas party in December, but before that we have our annual away day in September – always a day to remember!
