Acquisition Manager – location flexible

My client is an established Investor Developer who focus on the investment of commercial, residential and retail assets across the UK & Ireland. They are looking to expand the Property Team with the addition of Regional Acquisition Managers. The successful candidates will focus on the acquisition of assets/development opportunities in line with the Group’s investment and development strategy.

Areas of responsibility will include financial modelling, deal appraisals, maintenance and review of assets under management, research and market reviews of potential investments and internal reporting. Working closely with the Board of Directors, you will play a key role in the acquisition of these new investment. MRICS is desirable as is a proven track record in the acquisition of investment/development opportunities. Candidates will have gained their experience working in consultancy or client-led businesses.
