Regional Facilities Manager

Midlands

£35,000 plus car allowance.

Cobalt Recruitment are currently working closely with a well known property management company who look after an impressive property portfolio across the UK to find a Regional Facilities Manager. We are seeking a candidate experienced in managing multiple properties and ideally with experience managing the operational requirements of the retail sector to look after this commercial portfolio in the midlands. This role offers variety and a platform for continued progression, it’s a great opportunity for FM professionals looking to develop within a supportive and highly regarded company.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the drafting of service charge budgets;
  • Ensuring full H&S compliance, and all RAMS are in place for works as well as carrying out regular inspections.
  • Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance throughout the portfolio, as well as project works where necessary;
  • Building lasting relationships with suppliers, customers and tenants and resolving any issues they may have to the best of your ability.
  • Managing contracted staff across a range of service lines;

As the successful candidate you will have come from a background of delivering high quality FM services in a customer focused environment. Ideally you can support your experience with an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification and a BIFM qualification or equivalent is preferred as is experience in the retail sector.
