Cobalt Recruitment is working alongside a prominent managing agent in the search for a stand out Facilities Manager to cover a mixed portfolio across the West Midlands region.

Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;

  • Setting managing and reconciling the service charge budget and monitoring the expenditure against this budget.
  • Ensuring that the building is maintained to a high standard and in line with all agreed budgets.
  • Managing refurbishment project works and ensuring that they are completed to a high standard.
  • Inspecting your commercial and residential properties to ensure full H&S compliance;

With previous experience in setting and managing service charge budgets, you must also have a good understanding of Health & Safety processes and policies, with qualifications such as IOSH and NEBOSH being of benefit. Above all you will be a proactive and service driven Facilities Manager who is confident in your own ability.
