APL Property Queenstown Limited is an award winning and well established Valuation and Property Consultancy Company servicing the Southern Lakes and Central Otago regions from our offices and staff in Queenstown, Wanaka and Alexandra. APL is accredited by the Property Institute of New Zealand under their Property Industry Quality Assurance Scheme.

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Registered or near Registered Valuer to become established in Central Otago. You will be working alongside an experienced Registered Valuer in our Alexandra office who is approaching retirement and with a view to transitioning our substantial client base. A bent towards the valuation of rural properties is desirable, as well as being able to cover residential and commercial valuation work.
