Our client is a global commercial real estate services organization providing a range of services to  investors and developers worldwide. Some of the services include investment services,project management, urban planning, property and asset management. The organization expertises on hotel, mixed-use and residential property sectors.

  • Assemble and interpret property market information across the Asia Pacific real estate markets to create views about rental growth, pricing and prospective total returns.
  • Develop views on rental growth, pricing and prospective total returns for Asia Pacific real estate markets as specified.
  • Provide investment professionals with the necessary information to undertake fund reporting.
  • Responsible for running and, in time, working to develop in-house quantitative models to support fund investment strategies. 
  • Write reports to support the views held on rental growth and prospective returns. These will form the basis of fund level strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies, the Asia Pacific Real Estate Market Perspective Report and other market briefs as required.
  • Research and write papers on specific topics that enhance the development of new ideas, contribute to the growth of the business and increase the market profile of the business.
  • Interact with the Research Team to facilitate the development of consistent, well researched views on international property markets.
