Residential Client Accountant North London

£26k – £30k

A fantastic opportunity has risen for a Residential Client Accountant to join a large Residential Managing Agent based in North London. You will be a part of a dedicated and hard working team and your sole responsibility will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders to produce financial statements. You will not only be exposed to a variety of Residential properties, but you will also receive exceptional training and support. If you have been waiting for the opportunity to progress into a Client Accounting role, then this may just be the right role for you.

Responsibilities;

  • Preparing and presenting year end Service Charge Accounts
  • Preparing accounts up to Extended Trial Balance
  • Managing the year end audit
  • Responding to queries
  • Issuing Section 20B notices where appropriate
  • Liaising with Property Managers

Peron specification

  • Experience in managing a Residential Portfolio
  • Experience in preparing year end Service Charge Accounts
  • Use of Microsoft – Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Works well individually and as part of a team

Desirable

  • Qualified – AAT or towards ACCA
  • Previously used Qube ECS
  • Prepared accounts up to Extended Trial Balance
