Residential Surveyor – *Working From Home*- £80K – £90K OTE (10% flat commission)

The firm in question still have in-house bookers & work by a very efficient process which has led to them being able to have a low turnover of staff unlike their competitors. They believe strongly in their surveyors having a proper work/life balance.

The position will see you working from home undertaking mortgage valuation, homebuyers and building surveys.

Salary & Benefits

£47,000 – £55,000 + Commission (Flat 10% on everything, no thresholds or sliding scales) – OTE £80,000 – £90,000 Healthcare Company car or car allowance (£4,200) 30 days holiday + bank holidays
