Residential Team PA

West End

Up to £37k

Our client is a prestigious property company who own a large proportion of mostly residential units in the heart of the West End.

A position has become available for a Team PA to join the residential team of 7. This person will be responsible for all providing all aspects of PA and administrative support to the Residential Team.

Duties to include;

  • Answer telephones, assisting with queries and relaying messages via email to the relevant team members. Manage telephone, voicemail, out of office and email messages for the team when they are not available, responding or redirecting as necessary.
  • Supporting Directors in the team with booking meetings and diary management
  • Preparation of general correspondence, template documents, reports, minutes and presentations. Ensure all team electronic and hard copy filing is managed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with team members diaries. Organising internal and external meetings, including room bookings, refreshments and IT equipment.
  • Preparation of new tenancy agreements, letters and reports for renewals and new lettings.

Skills/Experience Required;

  • Experience in property administration
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines
