Residential Transactions Manager
Our client is one of the largest property companies in the world. They have significant holdings in central London from which they recycle capital to reinvest. They have an exciting programme at the moment and need someone to assist the Head of Residential Sales with both piecemeal and portfolio sales.
The ideal candidate will be recently qualified MRICS or equivalent with central London residential experience. The role requires someone who is comfortable with running financial analysis and can write compelling business recommendations.
The role will involve the co-ordination of agents and valuers to inspect units and collation of a large amount of information to produce sales packs for each unit ready to launch. You will also be responsible for providing support and challenge through the marketing and negotiation phase, direct negotiation with some existing tenants and in liaising with solicitors through the legal process. There will also be a chance to get involved in some asset management.
It is important that the candidate is proactive and able to use their own initiative to achieve results. They will operate in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage the needs of multiple transactions.
Salary from £35,000 – £40,000 per annum plus benefits and bonus.
Based in Central London.
