Responsibilities

  • Managing day to day function of the department and providing supervision to staff
  • Analyzing gross turnover (GTO), footfall, occupancy and tenant mix.
  • Lead and manage the team to formulate and implement strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the group properties within the Company’s retail portfolio
  • Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents
  • Managing tenancy related issues, compiling GTO, occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting
  • Giving regular updates to Management on market supply, demand, pricing, competition and market positioning for the asset and preparing annual rental budget and rental forecast
  • Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing
  • Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills
  • Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage
