Our client is a prominent real estate developer in Singapore and they are seeking to appoint an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to lead on the leasing and marketing of their shopping mall. You will be responsible for generating business leads and negotiating leases with tenants. You will also take the lead in managing customer relations and in building a strong relationship between landlord and tenant. Additionally, you will advise on strategies to maximise rental and occupancy.
You will be responsible for the marketing of their retail and F&B spaces and drive initiatives to enhance and improve the retail mix and shopper’s experience. You will be a high-energy and positive go-getter and must be very familiar with the entire leasing process from sourcing for new business, negotiation and tenant management.
You will have a good Degree from a reputable university in Real Estate, Business or Marketing with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of marketing and leasing experience within the retail and real estate industry in Singapore. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and speak and write well. You will also have a strong network of industry contacts and work very well in a team.
