My client, a UK based retail developer, is looking to appoint a Researcher to join their team. The role will be highly analytical and involve interpreting data to produce reports and papers to reflect and identify consumer trends. The use of Microsoft Excel will be a key part of this role in order to manipulate and analyse large data sets. The researcher will liaise regularly with property managers and investors on a regular basis.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in analysing the retail real estate market in a research capacity. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. An excellent grasp of written and verbal English is essential for this role.
