The Company Our client is a leading real estate developer with an opening for a SAP FICO Assistant Manager to join their expanding IT team.

The Position

Conduct user requirement analysis for the development/ implementation of new systems as well as enhancements to existing systems, including involvement in the system integration testing phase
To manage and control technical development and configurations of SAP application
To lead the technical aspects in SuccessFactors projects
Provide consulting and ensure the SuccessFactors installation is functioning and at optimum for new entities
Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages
Liaise closely with business users, vendors/ IT teams in implementation, engage key users in pre/post deployment process in accordance with project methodologies and policies, managing stakeholders and build good rapport

Requirement

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Strong experience in SAP FICO modules and Successfactor system
Successful track record in implementation projects
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to work with different groups of stakeholders
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
