The company: My client have a passion for excellence in design and specialise primarily in urban design, multi-unit residential and health-care projects. This growing studio have a flood of projects and are therefore looking to welcome a Senior Technician into their dynamic and supportive team. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Revit or ArchiCAD and must have a minimum of 5-6 years local experience, with a solid background in managing projects from design conception to delivery. This role is an integral part of the business and you will be expected to lead by example with minimal management.

Skills & Experience:

  • Must have at least 5-6 years’ local experience
  • Ability to mentor and develop a team
  • Capable of overseeing the delivery of documentation and resolve complex design issues using Revit or ArchiCAD
  • Have proven track record in a similar role
  • Ability to liaise and work with clients at all stages of a project
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
