A leading UK-based Investor is seeking a Retail-focused Asset Manager to join their team in London and manage Retail assets nationwide.
Salary: £60,000-90,000 + bonus and benefits
Responsibilities:
- Identify and deliver asset management initiatives to increase net income across the portfolio.
- Responsible for refurbishments, delivery of new lettings and negotiating terms with tenants.
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director on a regular basis.
- Assisting with the sourcing and due diligence behind new acquisitions and disposals.
Requirements:
- MRICS essential.
- Experience within the following; L&T, Valuations, Agency and some Estate Management.
