Senior Asset Manager- Shopping Centre- Fixed Term Contract
A leading global investment manager is seeking a Senior Asset Manager (Shopping Centre) to join the team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract starting ASAP.The main purpose of the role will be to manage a large shopping centre asset.
Candidates need to have strong retail experience as the successful candidate will be working on an asset which requires intensive asset management in a broad role covering leasing, re-leasing and some capex projects etc.
The position will also involve mentoring and managing asset managers in the team.
Salary level is open and dependant on experience.
