I am working on an opportunity to join a thriving team in a fast-paced environment in a fantastic USA MNC.

You will have worked in-house and be a confident and commercially minded lawyer. You will work across a range of legal issues, work with sales to strategize, structure and negotiate commercial transactions. You will enjoy challenges and be a keen problem solver. You will be in a senior position and therefore have access to key stakeholders as well as being the lead for key contracts. Past experience working in an multinational corporation in the technology/energy resource/utilities management industry for Asia Pacific region would be highly advantageous. Familiarity with FCPA, anti-bribery laws, export compliance and data privacy in APAC region preferred. Good working knowledge of U.S. corporate culture and business practices and ability to adapt to the diverse working cultures of colleagues across the APAC region. You should be a Singapore Qualified Lawyer with 8-10 years of experience. Additional proficiency in Mandarin and/or other ASEAN local languages would be preferred due to business requirements in China.
