A rare and exciting opportunity has become available within one of the largest landlords in the UK to join their Technology Division as a Senior Business Analyst. Our Client is looking for a Business Analyst to step up into a leadership role to lead the team in the Technology Division of the business to help deliver key business improvement projects and developing business requirements and processes to satisfy the constantly changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing key business initiatives and ensuring the delivery of multiple improvement and change projects.
  • You will be required to step up as the Lead Business Analyst in the Business Solutions team and manage strategic objectives by leveraging the significant technology investments being made across the business.
  • Manage working relationships with key business stakeholders and liaise with vendors to identify optimal solutions to meet business needs.
  • Possess the ability to communicate and manage internal & external stakeholders at all levels, from customers to C-level execs.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Property Management/Real Estate business practices and processes.

Key Person Specifications:

  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience with large change/transformation programmes.
  • A clear demonstrable career path from property or real estate, to business analysis with systems knowledge and be able to manage stakeholders at Exec and Senior Management level.
  • Thorough understanding of project life cycle and SDLC.
  • Clear demonstrable track record in using and understanding Property Management and Finance ERP systems (MRI Horizon highly desirable).
  • Educated to degree level (bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or relevant field) or equivalent work experience and PRINCE2 foundation.
