Senior Business Analyst – Property

London

Permanent – £70,000

Our Client, A global real estate fund investment company, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Finance Systems and Change function to support process and systems improvement.

Key Job Specifications

  • You will support the finance and systems function of the business by driving continuous improvement of processes and systems.
  • You will work alongside the business change function to identify areas for improvement.
  • You will design and develop new processes to achieve business improvement.
  • You will work closely with the Finance Design Lead, and provide support for orgainsational design tasks.
  • You will work closely with the wider finance team and provide support for those of all levels.

Key Person Specification

  • The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant and must have a number of years PQE.
  • You must have experience in a process improvement and business change environment.
  • You must have excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills are essential for this role. Excellent communication skills will be key in this role.
  • Experience with finances processes and business systems.
  • You will hold a distinct advantage if you hold a commercial focus.
