Cobalt is working with this global leader in the PM consultancy space to look for an experienced Senior Commercial/Project Manager to come on board and handle major fit-out project for a large corporation and financial organisation.

This role will require excellent stakeholder management skills as well as experience in delivering corporate fit-outs, re-stacks and relocations. You will need to ensure that the operations of the client are not affected and the schedule is carefully planned and executed. Particular attention must be paid to the cost management and project governance.

You will need at least 7+ years of experience, ideally with managing projects for financial institutions. A relevant degree and/or certification such as a PMP would be an advantage when being considered for this position.
