Senior Development Surveyor – Residential and Affordable Housing – Central London

Salary is up to £50,000 per annum.

Plus benefits package and discretionary bonus.

A top UK real estate firm is seeking a Senior Development Surveyor to join their Central London office due to an increase in work from well known developers and local authority clients.

This position would be suitable for a Development Surveyor currently focusing on the UK residential and/or affordable housing market looking to move to a smaller team with more exposure and value add experience.

As a Senior Development Surveyor you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clear direction and consultancy advice.
  • Guiding public and private sector clients through viability and affordable homes process.
  • This will be carried out using; planning policies and market appraisal, development appraisal and strategy formulation.
  • Drawing together and coordinating advice from other business units.

Key Requirements:

  • Member of the RICS.
  • Development appraisal experience.
  • Development advisory experience.
  • Experience within affordable housing/viability.
  • Excellent numerical and written skills.
