Our client is the leading developer, owner and manager of designer outlet stores across Europe. The company works closely with the world’s leading fashion and luxury brands.
For the further development and management of holistic facilities management in the premium outlet center, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Facilities Manager (m/f) Retail to be based in the Netherlands / North Rhine-Westphalia.

Areas of responsibility

  • Responsibility for the technical and infrastructural facilities management of the modern and sophisticated premium outlet
  • Management and development of employees in facilities management at the site
  • Responsibility for the selection and coordination of external service providers and the negotiation of service contracts
  • Managing budget planning and cost controlling
  • Independent development and optimization of processes in direct consultation with the center manager
  • Superordinate project management with regard to quality, costs and deadlines in the structural expansion of the centers
  • Responsibility for the value preservation and appreciation of the object
  • Direct reporting and presentation to the Deputy Center Manager

Required candidate profile

  • Completed technical studies as supply engineer, architect, civil engineer or completed technical/craft training with appropriate training
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the technical object/facilities/property management, in technical advice, or a technical management function
  • Good knowledge in building services engineering and in matters of structural engineering
  • Leadership qualities and dynamic appearance
  • Good structural abilities, coupled with a high level of precision and numerical affinity
  • A strong personality with entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action
  • Self confidence, negotiation skills and integrity
  • High process and project management skills
  • Retail knowledge is beneficial
  • Fluent Dutch and very good English skills; good German skills are beneficial
