A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Senior HR Data Specialist to join my client on a fixed term contract to manage a team of HR Data Specialists to provide a proactive, timely, accurate and customer focused service. This is an international business
Key accountabilities include (but are not limited to):
- Managing and developing the team of HR Data Specialists
- Delegating work across the team ensuring fair distribution and timely, accurate completion of tasks
- Responsibility for entry / change of data including organisational structure changes and position management.
- Maintaining the data integrity of the system enabling accurate reporting to the business on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Carrying out regular data cleansing, auditing of work and User Acceptance Testing.
Key requirements
- Experience working in a shared service
- Data entry experience – iTrent desirable
- High attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
