Join a well regarded mid sized South-East Auckland law firm. Working alongside a highly regarded litigation partner as their 2IC in this litigation role, you will be exposed to doing a range of commercial and civil litigation work that may also involve some employment law work. Ideally, you will have solid civil litigation experience and there is some scope for the role to be shaped towards your preferred litigation areas of interest.

You will be someone with 5+ years’ litigation experience from a reputable law firm with sound legal research, drafting and dispute resolution skills. This is a role where you can work for both smaller and larger clients, get some good court work and be able to run files with a good degree of autonomy. The firm benefits from having a good mix of junior and senior lawyers in the wider team so there is always support and someone to use as a sounding board.
