Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Office fit-out – Permanent

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000

Location: London

Job Description:

This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager who is looking for the next opportunity to progress in their career. The successful Project Manager will be joining a company that have over 40,000 staff and have projects ongoing in over 60 countries. They have also worked with the likes of Amazon, LinkedIn and Twitter in the past on fit-out projects.

The successful Project Manager will continually manage and strengthen their relationship with the clients. As well as being a representative of their team within the market.

The successful Project Manager will be expected to take the lead role in delivering a high-profile portfolio which predominately consists of Category A refurbishments and Category B fit outs from inception through to completion.

The successful Project Manager must have experience within the commercial real estate market. They must also have experience in delivering commercial fit outs and refurbishment projects. The project values typically range between £2 million – £20 million.

Requirements:

· Degree level qualification

· Commercial Category-A and Category-B fit out experience.

· Project management experience: 3 years+

Preferred:

· MRICS or equivalent
