Job Title – Senior Project PlannerLocation – North LondonSalary – £80,000 / £100,000+ Bonus + Car Allowance and an excellent package

Project – £280m Mix Use Scheme

Cobalt is working with a global top tier main contractor that is looking for a Senior Project Planner to help run and manager a £280m mix use scheme in North London. The project is will include mid to high end apartment, plus some commercial and retail. The project has at least 4 years’ worth of live work left, and this role will also include the management of an assistant planner.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills, the ability and confidence in dealing with site staff including block managers and project managers, will need to demonstrate a solid background of contract planning, working on large and complex projects, including high rise and residential. In addition it is essential they have a thorough understanding of construction techniques.

* Previous experience on large complex projects* High-end residential / Commercial * High rise* Main contracting or developer background

* Skilled in Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6
