The Company

We’re currently working on a highly unique opportunity with a specialist client based in the heart of Central London. They deal with an exclusively high-net worth clientele from all over the globe who invest in residential properties within the capital. This is a privately owned, boutique firm who offer a tailored service to high-net worth individuals and maintain a reputation that reflects this.

The Role

Due to an ever-expanding portfolio they are now seeking to take on a Senior Property Manager to head up the team within the super-prime division. They are looking for someone with experience in residential property management who has a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer care and enjoys working as part of a team. This is an extremely hands-on role and would only suit an individual who is passionate about working with people in person and delivering the highest levels of customer care found on the market.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining strong relationships with key clients and pursuing continuing positive experiences.
  • Updating company systems such as Building Link, Podio and iAuditor.
  • Management and implementation of property manager schedules for assigned key clients.
  • Advice on service charge engagement and service charge budgets and expenditure.
  • Supporting directors in preparation and assessment of contractor tenders.
  • Assisting governance of direct lettings and rent collection.
  • Supporting management in wider training for the team.
  • Supervising maintenance remotely and on site.
  • Handling reactive maintenance for residential and AST management clients.
