Cobalt is recruiting on behalf of one of London’s most well known property companies based in heart of London. This particular business own and manage a portfolio of extremely high end retail and residential properties.

Working within a small accounts payable team, this individual will be responsible for coding and assigning invoices for approval, as well as gaining exposure to other business functions dealing with queries or issues.

Other duties include:

  • High attention to detail and capable of processing large volume of invoices
  • Processing payment runs
  • Ability to pick up new accounting systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong PC skills including Office, Excel, Word and Outlook

Relevant experience includes:

  • Able to communicate with other business functions, both internally and externally
  • Take pride in work at all times and always strive to achieve the highest level of work
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Working for a real estate/ property company
  • Horizon system experience
