Our client is an A1 main contractor that started as a general builder and is one of the most recognisable brand names in the industry today. They specialise with a wide spectrum of construction services from D&B to civil works, across residential, industrial, commercial and institutional sectors with iconic landmarks for both private and public sectors.
You will report directly to the Contracts Manager, working with a team of quantity surveyors to maintain the most professional standards across the cost of the project. You will be expected to liaise with clients, consultants and sub-contractors on quantity and cost issues, improving the considerations based on project requirement.
To be successful at this role, you should have at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in either HDB or buildings work and projects with main contractors. You will be expected to have a proven track record of successful project cost delivery. This will be a site based role, with a 5-day work week.
