A world renowned global property consultancy is looking for a Senior Residential Research Analyst to join their Research team. You will have extensive experience within Real Estate researching residential markets and trends and an enthusiasm for presenting and writing innovative market reports.
Your main skills and responsibilities will include:
- Extensive experience within Real Estate researching residential markets and trends.
- An ability to present your findings to a variety of internal and external stakeholders in confident manner.
- An ability to to work independently and creatively on bespoke projects.
- A degree in a relevant subject.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
