Senior Residential Investment Sales Consultant

Our client is a leader within the development and investment property sector who are looking to continue their growth over the next 18 months. You will be part of a tight-knit and passionate team of experienced consultants who are renowned in the industry for their ability to secure new business and deliver for their clients, with a proven track record of delivering off-market opportunities across the UK.

As the Senior Sales Consultant, your role will not only involve supporting and developing the current sales team but also to bring in quality instructions and sell sites. This role is ideal for someone looking to enhance their career within a successful business.

Responsibilities:

Identify property development and investment opportunities.
Negotiate transactions with developers and vendors.
Provide senior level consultancy and advice throughout the client sales cycle.
Source and negotiate property development and investment opportunities in residential and commercial sectors.
Undertake commercial and legal due diligence.
Strong land sales experience and management in land sales.

Salary from £40,000 to £60,000 per annum plus benefits and bonus.

Based in Central London.
