A leading UK based consultancy is searching for a registered Valuer to join their expanding team in Winchester to lead on statutory valuation for infrastructure clients.
Salary for the role is envisioned to be £30,000 to £50,000.
Responsibilities may include:
- Statutory valuation for infrastructure clients, in regards to disposal, acquisition and CPO.
- Estate Management, telecoms, L&T and CPO.
- Growing the team and division.
Requirements:
- MRICS
- RICS registered valuer
