Senior Surveyor – Data Analyst

Up to £50,000 per annum plus benefits

A highly reputable Real Estate Consultancy are seeking a Senior Surveyor to join the Prop Tech team within the Retail Asset Services Division in their Central London offices. While you will be responsible for day to day property management duties, your role will also entail analytical interpretation of data relating to market trends and economic factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for a portfolio of retail properties
  • You will resolve tenant queries and develop occupier relationships
  • You will be responsible for a number of asset management duties including lease renewals
  • You will attend sites and client meetings to ensure tenant satisfaction
  • Managing key performance indicators through data analysis and risk compliance to ensure asset management plans are met

Key Person Specifications:

  • MRICS Qualified
  • Property Management experience essential
  • Working knowledge of property management systems, specifically Yardi and Tramps
  • The successful individual will need to be highly analytical
  • Experience with MS Office is essential, Excel and MBI
  • Experience within the retail sector preferred
