Serviced Office Real Estate Specialist – Central London
Salary from £35,000 to £50,000 per annum.
Our Client is a boutique and innovative property consultancy. They are seeking an experienced and proactive Serviced Office Operator to run and develop this side of the business. You will work closely with the Business Development team and the Surveyors that focus on Acquisitions and Disposals, by bringing in new business and seeing the process through to the end.
You will act as the first point of contact for any prospective clients and deliver an exceptional service by booking in viewing tours – scheduling these with agents, negotiating on fees and terms, finalising agreements and referring relevant parties.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role, a great understanding for the commercial property market and be able to demonstrate exceptional people skills. We are looking for driven and energetic individuals to expand the serviced office portfolio and become integrated within this progressive company.
