My client is a leading logistics and supply chain platform that provides an integrated end-to-end logistics solution across SEA. They are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to head the development of both software and systems, take complete ownership of the engineering processes and champion product ideation and solutions across the customers and business.

The Position

As the Software Engineering Manager, you will be a people manager that develops and guide the engineers in the team to help them advance in their careers, communication with stakeholders and take ownership of the end to end success of the product.
Hands-on involvement in product development, including codebase and consistent product ideation.
Liaise with the strategic formulation on the team, and an enabler in customer support resolving immediate issues for the business.

The Requirement

5 years of experience across software development and building products
Strong communication skills; both in writing and verbal
Technical understanding of one of the following: Python, ReactVue, Node.js, SQL, dashboards tools of Metabase/Tableau
Strong management skills/ experience to lead productive engineering teams in the end to end cycle
